SM&MS (Safety Management and Monitoring Services Ltd) takes a great deal of pride in its work, its staff and its client base. More specifically we have no hidden costs when it comes to quoting projects; everything is on a site-by-site basis. As a limited company we have no shareholder demands, a stable management and a history of organic growth and low staff turnover. We operate nationally with all staff being directly employed by the company and we don’t use associates.

SM&MS has managed to retain clients from the very beginning and referrals and recommendations form a large part of our success. Our purpose-built head office, located just off the M62 outside Leeds, is eco-friendly (rain-water harvesting, intelligent lighting, high performance glass etc) and its construction was project managed by our own director, Philip Morris. He has a personal commitment to environmental issues and sits on the board of a not-for-profit company (Environmental Alliance).

Our consultants are all qualified above industry standards and as well as providing risk assessments they are qualified and knowledgeable enough to deliver training (whether bespoke or standard) on a wide range of subjects.

We have two industry leading products in PropertyPlus and ContractorPlus. They enable us to deliver real value to clients and contractors alike and we are always looking at ways to increase the efficiency and value of our communications with our clients.
