WE ARE LOOKING FOR Energy Management Consultant (Huddersfield/Bristol/London/home based) £20 - 33k + car allowance + pension contribution dependant on qualifications and experience We require Energy Management Consultant to help develop and deliver commercial property energy audits and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to the commercial property management sector. You will report to Directors, and will be required to deliver energy audits, survey analysis, reports and monitoring & targeting solutions to their customers. You will carry out site audits collecting the necessary data and preparing site drawings in order to calculate the buildings asset and operational ratings for energy management and input the data using into standard modelling software (SBEM) to produce EPCs. Candidates should have a relevant degree (i.e. Engineering or Energy Management) or demonstrable practical knowledge and technical expertise gained within energy management in commercial buildings, be self-motivated with a strong customer focus. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Health and Safety or Fire Safety, as well as possessing appropriate qualifications e.g. NEBOSH diploma or equivalent. Consideration will also be given to persons with the NEBOSH Certificate and relevant experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be enthusiastic to the demands of this challenging role.
