To ensure that we are at the forefront of this movement we have developed a number of online compliance solutions that will enable the customer to efficiently manage and monitor all aspects of health and safety.

PropertyPlus and ContractorPlus can be implemented in a number of ways dependent upon the customer’s requirements and both are simple and effective to use.

Key Features

PropertyPlus allows clients to actively mange health and safety issues within their premises. The system is populated by our Consultants on completion of health and safety, fire safety and water risk assessments. Asbestos Surveys are also attached to the system as static documents.

Clients can also add their own actions to the system. Items that require regular servicing or inspection will automatically become due for action at the appropriate time and the system can be set up to provide e-mail reminders of these.

Consultancy

This feature provides an overiview of portfolio risk with graphical displays of outstanding actions, completed actions and highest risk properties.

Action Planning

Actions identified during the risk assessment can be allocated to an appropriate person for action. This may be a member of staff, a contractor or an approved contractor from ContractorPlus, our linked contractor approval system. E-mails can be sent from the system requesting a quotation for the work required and purchase orders can be sent from the system once a price has been agreed.

Portfolio Reporting

PropertyPlus also has a flexible reporting feature that enables health and safety issues to be monitored across a single building, multiple buildings or an entire portfolio. Reports can be generated to look at outstanding and completed actions, contractor activity, individual or multiple areas of concern, e.g. electrical testing, fire alarm servicing, etc. Reports can also be exported into Excel documents to enable further manipulation of the data held. The reporting tool is particularly useful to persons managing a number of properties.

Strategic Management Reporting

This is a powerful feature of PropertyPlus, allowing Senior Management to observe their company risk profile and compliance status in either graphical or tabular forms.

By neatly focusing on four key areas of risk performance comparison, namely Regional Office, Owner / Portfolio, Personnel and Property the system allows the user to compare Compliance Scores, Risk Analysis and Progress.
